Cannot connect to Web interface (VNXe 3100)

I noticed the other day that one of my VMs, which is stored on our VNXe 3100 was running a little sluggish.  So I typed in the address for the VNXe 3100 login, and I get a page not found error on the browser, when I click the details this is the error code I see:

INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND

Today, being Sunday, I'm working remotely.  I was able to find an article that was said to restart the web UI if it become unavailable.  I was able to do this by using Putty to SSH to the IP address, and login with the user "service" and my admin password.

My command prompt looks like this: service@(none) spa:~>

The command the article suggested to run was: svc_restart_mgmt

It seems to run, but never seems to complete.

The web interface is still not available.

Are there any suggestions that I can run remotely to try and either reboot the VNXe3100 or either restart the web interface?  My experience with command line interfaces is very limited, and this is the first time I've had this issue in the 5.5 years we've had it, so I'm really new to this.  Thanks for your help!
