VMware 5.5 with EMC Storage Viewer

Hi all,

i have got a smal problem   I try to install the storage viewer plugin but i cant connent to my vnx 5400. We only use it for block storage

so i put in the ip´s for the SP´s A and B. We use global scope and for testing the sysadmin account.There is no firewall... Every time i got the same problem...

"error = the file open request failed"  please take a look at the .jpg. My storage Admin is not available so please help
