VCF 3.9 external storage for the workload domain with the MX7000

I've been reading through the VCF deployment guide for the MX7000 (Dell EMC VMware Cloud Foundation for PowerEdge MX7000 Deployment Guide), and there are a lot of details around deploying vSAN. However, with the release of VCF version 3.9, external storage is now supported for the workload domain. Has any documentation been published around deploying VCF based workload domains with external (FC for example)?
