updated Virtual Storage Integrator plugin v4 is out

If you haven't seen yet, there is an updated version of VSI on Powerlink available for download.  Another fellow vSpecialist, Itzich Reich, has done a good writeup on it at the below link.  This is a very exciting releae since VSI4 should server as a central framework as a comprehensive plugin for all EMC products for VMware.
