SAP statement - VMWare does not support Microsoft Failover Cluster guests if one of the following products is used:vMotion or VMWare Fault Tolerance

I received the following info from SAP in relation to best practices for SAP on a VCE environment:

VMware does not support Microsoft Failover Cluster guests if one of the

following products is used:

o VMware Fault Tolerance (FT)

o vMotion

Microsoft is recommending SAP databases to be installed on bare metal. Any comments or suggestions on this?
