Oracle Cloud SLA

I am not sure if any of you saw the IT World document on the Oracle Cloud terms of use.  There are some obvious statements here (if customers stop paying Oracle they'll terminate service).  But there are also some interesting definitions of availability.  I've summed up three observations my own blog.

I'm curious what you guys think of Oracle's document.  Certainly they're not promising private cloud level service.  But I think their statement on availability is bolder than Amazon's.
