Sorry, ignore my comments. I realized you were referring to the last column and not the "System drive". My mistake.
Keep in mind, unless as you attach the filter a message appears explicitly stating "Reboot not required", a reboot is required to finish the process. You probably received a message after attaching the filter suggesting that the process is not completed until "further action taken"? Reboot the server and check the status again.
You can't attach to a volume with the System flag enabled (as noted under the "System disk" column in your screenshot). You can also see this in Windows Disk Management. By the way, "System disk" doesn't necessarily imply the C:\ drive. When the volume was originally prepared, if someone set it as an "Active" partition, that would make it ineligible for migration using Open Migrator. Of course it also goes without saying that Open Migrator can't be used to migrate the C:\ (boot) volume from the system itself, but I'll rule that out. Therefore, what you need to review is:
1) If it is not the C:\ drive, why was the partition set as "Active"?
- Believe it or not it may have been accidental as it is all to easy to inadvertently enable it (it only takes accidentally right-clicking on the partition and clicking on "Make partition active" and there isn't a prompt asking "Are you sure?"), or it may have been intentional.
2) If it has been determined that it isn't required for the boot process, it can be cleared using diskpart.
However, simply clearing the flag without first verifying has the risk of potentially preventing the system from booting.
