Issues installing SRDF SRA 5.0.0.7 on VMware SRM 5.0

I have a 64 bit Windows box running VMware SRM 5.0.

All installs are on the D: drive.

After installing the SRA get the error in SRM "Unable to find any array script (SRA) files. You must install SRAs before adding an array manager."

Can install NetApp SRA without an issue.

Have already attempted this fix:

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=1019222

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Cody, we actually figured this out. The 64 bit Solutions Enabler software was loaded instead of the 32 bit version. After installing the right one and restarting the SRM service everything was working.

What do you see  in \storage\sra folder? There should be a folder called "EMC Symmetrix". Is that poplulated with three files?

I installed SRM 5 and the 5.0.0.7 build of the SRDF SRA on the D drive inb Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit to try to reproduce twice; once in a default location:

"D:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager"

And once in the root of D:\ so that all of the SRM folders are in the root directory and then installed the SRA. It loaded the SRA both times for me, so something must be odd in your config. After running that fix in the KB have you uninstalled and installed the SRA?
