Is anyone using VMware GuestAppMonitor SDK?

Darryl Smith with EMC IT raised this question on the Oracle community. The gist of the question concerns advice and documentation on the GuestAppMonitor API. It strikes me that someone on this site might be able to provide guidance on this point. Could you please log into the discussion on the Oracle community and provide some insight for us?
