EMC VSI Error - http transport error: Java.net unknownhostException

Hello,

In attempting to deploy v8.2 of VSI into vCenter Version 6.5.0.20000 Build 8307201, I am receiving the errors below in the vSphere client.

An error has occurred, Dell EMC VSI might not have loaded correctly.

HTTP transport error: java.net.UnknownHostException: xxxxxxxx.novolex.local

The + sign next to vCenters is grayed out as well.    Ideas?
