DR Site Setup

Hi,I have a small Virtual environment (VMWare configured in HA) with 75 users, having 5 critical business processes. All the critical business processes have 4 hrs RPO and 8 hours RTO. Some of the applications supporting the business processes are Microsoft share-point, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft exchange, blackberry communication and windows file sharing service. I also have a EMC storage.I am in the process of building my DR site, which is almost 50 kms away from my primary site. My primary requirement is to have all the aforementioned applications available in the DR site, instantaneously synchronized, so that in the event of failure of my primary site, I can redirect my users to the DR site. Please advice what is the best way to achieve this? I am little familiar with Recoverypoint. Is that is the only way of doing it. Thanks in Advance RegardsVikrant
