I'd like to know if and how Replication Manager can integrate with VMware SRM.

Replication Manager is not integrated with SRM, but it is designed to be aware/tolerant of a failover initiated by SRM. Replication Manager server can be configured in a D/R environment, where once failover occurs, the RM server on the failover site can register the RM hosts in the environment and maintain the replication jobs. The process is not automatic and does have to be initiated manually, so in that way there is no SRM integration.
