What the best practices for VMAX3 and VPLEX

devices sizes ,,,,, etc

  • Zone the back-end of VPLEX such that each VPLEX director is zoned to 4 separate VMAX ports (preferably across for 4 separate VMAX directors) redundantly across two fabrics.
  • Use whichever device size best suites the application. There is no specific device size that Dell EMC officially recommends.
