SRDF with open replicator
I am migrating a server using hot pull. The SRDF session gave an error saying the control devices cannot be set as R1 until OR is terminated. What are my other options? Hot push? The migration is from VMAX to VMAX.

The Solutions Enabler SRDF Product Guide and Migration Product Guide contain reference tables listing what actions are allowed for SRDF and OR on the same devices. Depending on what you are trying to do will dictate which table you are looking at.
For instance if the VMAX you are performing the OR hot pull from is also the R1 then the table below from the SE Migration Product Guide would be applicable. Before you setup your OR hot pull you would set the devices as Dyn_RDF and establish them to the R2 in ACP Disk mode for example.
