new registration for vdc

I am an employee of Wipro and want to refresh my knowledge on symmetrix. So i want virtual lab to practice for that i have scheduled lab through ESVL education website. I tried to login on (https://vdc.emc.com) which i have used credentials for ESVL i am using the same in VDC also but i am unable to login. May i know how to register on VDC.I didn't find register option in that . could you please guide me to register VDC.
