Event Code: SP_PHONEHOME_FAIL

HI Team,

Can some help me on this. We have been receiving plenty of alerts stating that SP_PHONEHOME_FAIL, Could you please let me know how can we stop these alerts from Symmetrix VMAX, as we have been monitoring our device through monitoring tool we are receiving unwanted internal tickets. We do not have an option from the tool to ignore these alerts, do we have any option from VMAX to ignore these alerts.

Example :

Severity : Warning, Category: Communication, Director : DF-7B, Numeric Code: 0x001a, Event Code: SP_PHONEHOME_FAIL, Description: The Symmetrix Service Processor could not complete a Call Home for service
