Disk Group Space from SYMCI and SYMMWIN is showing different

Hi Guys, we are facing the issue with free capacity on VMAX 40K RIAD Group,, while checking capacity utilization from SYMCLI RAID Group is showing 90% utilized and while checking from SYMMWIN it's showing 98.4 % utilized, we tried to delete some devices it's increasing free space when checking through symcli but on backend it's still showing 98.4% utilized. please advise for solution.
