customers use case

Hello All, I was looking for some customer's use case information as to how they configure our VMAX in terms of 1. SRDF setup 2. Local replication snapshots information(weekly/daily) 3. Data back up using protect points. 4. Workload information as in iops 5. SLO information If there are any sample Usecases where I can get information, please do let me know
