Upgraded to Windows 11 which is now showing a Trojan Virus indicating it originated in a Dell Update!

For the last two days I have had 3 online chats to Microsoft lasting hours! I now find from this forum that a virus Microsoft Defender has detected appears to been originated in a Dell update.

I am on windows 11 (since Sunday), my Support Assist no longer runs (since Sunday).

Can anyone help??
