Cumulative update 2021-03 for Win 10 20H2 (KB5000802) failed on my system...
There were problems downloading some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help. This error code might help: (0x80070005)
It failed to download 3 times. Ran the Windows Update troubleshooter which said it resolved an issue and to try the download again...Nope...4 times...
FWIW, March MSRT update and a Microsoft Office security update were both downloaded and successfully installed...

Ron,
Not sure what to say. I know it's not of any consolation to you, but it did successfully install on my system. If I see any reports elsewhere, I'll be sure to let you know.

I tried a couple more times and it finally downloaded but when trying to install, it said "some files missing". It finally installed, and things seem to be working ok, but now I have other problems:
The sfc log file lists things like this for several files:
Warning: Overlap: Directory \??\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\ is owned twice or has its security set twice. Original owner: Microsoft-Windows-shell32, version 10.0.19041.844, arch Host= amd64 Guest= x86, nonSxS, pkt {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}
Warning: Overlap: Directory \??\C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\en-US\ is owned twice or has its security set twice Original owner: Microsoft-Windows-Foundation-Default-Security.Resources
Cannot verify component files for Adobe-Flash-For-Windows, version 10.0.19041.606, arch amd64, nonSxS, pkt {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, manifest is damaged (false)
etc.
My last Macrium Reflect image is ~1 month old, but I may have no choice...
I hate Microsoft.

You know the saying, "If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all"
Seems like you and Microsoft are definitely "oil and water".
I had an issue today, though not the fault of Microsoft... it seems sometimes the "document camera" that I use (for work) "crashes", and when it does, my computer doesn't shut down properly. It hasn't happened too often, but when it does, it's a real pain.

@ky331 - "Bad Luck" must be my middle name.
Tried all kinds of things to fix the problems but nothing worked. Bit the bullet and restored my last Macrium image to the SSD.
sfc no longer reports integrity violations so that's fixed. Only Firefox acted up because the version restored was older than the version that last used my profile. Fortunately, the profile is on my D drive, so I just had to update FF and then wrench it to use the right profile again.
Interestingly, Windows Update offered a bunch of updates that were released after my image was created, including a couple of Intel drivers, etc. but it's not offering KB5000802, the one that caused the probs in the first place. I wonder if MS pulled that update down...??

After today's Windows Updates, a significant number of Windows 10 users have reported BSODs when printing to certain types of printers. IF you have experienced this particular issue, a fix is now available from the Microsoft Catalog... it is NOT offered through Windows Updates, because there's no need to apply it if your system is working properly.
For more information and to obtain the updates, see https://www.landzdown.com/general-software-news-updates-discussions/microsoft-out-of-band-update-for-bsod-network-printer-issue-released/
