System Restore lost, wont let me visit some Support site

I was recently browsing google and clicked on a number of websites (opened them in tab window) and then in about 30 secs my computer starting out, and i knew i had a virus. So i then go to the my system restore and try to restore but all my restore points are lost up untill that day.

As well i have been getting popups and When i google some support sites it wont load the page.

Is there any way to recover my restore points? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
