Redirected searches and script errors

I have run the following free downloadable or online scans / cleanups:

Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware, Advanced Systemcare Free, Microsoft Security Essentials, Bitdefender, Panda, ESET, and possibly more that I have forgotten. I have removed more junk from this laptop than I thought was humanly possible, yet I still have redirected searches from Google and constant script error pop ups. The scans no longer find any errors or infected files, so I am down to this option. I have already bought the replacement laptop (as this one is pretty old, but I would love to be able to use Windows Easy Transfer to salvage the data, but obviously I can't risk moving infected files, so I have to get it clean or it's DBAN time, which makes me very, very sad.
