PaleMoon fight among contributors, leading to outages on sites

I won't go into the nasty details here... those interested in pursing the matter should be able to find them at the PaleMoon forum.

Suffice it to say that there was a major fight between Moonchild and one of his key "lieutenants", with that lieutenant abruptly quitting the project, taking his contributions (specifically, the Pale Moon add-on [extension] site) with him.  It's unclear when... or even if... that site will be restored.
