Order no, my mcafee account showing  renewel but i already purchased 36 months of subscription and pay for it when i purchased laptop.

Unable to send attachment please provide email address so i can share my order detail,36 months of mcafee subscriptions is written in the invoice.

@Daveamit   - Log in and then click this link: Dell-Cares. When that page opens click Send this user a private message, on right side of that screen.

When Create New Message screen opens, enter your Service Tag and whatever other info Dell requested, possibly including the email address associated with your purchase, etc.

You can also drag/drop a file from your PC into the box at bottom of the Create screen. Then click Send Message.

FYI: For your own privacy and security, never post personal info like your Service Tag, invoice number, email address etc in an open forum like this.
