I will change my windows, I will loss my McFee license ?
I bought Vostro 5470 so, with windows 8, so I hate win 8 and I will back to windows 7 ultimate, so when I bought the PC comes with MCfee installed I pay for the license 1 year, and don't come any serial key, the MCFEE was installed on my PC. Anyone know about this ?

It's actually a good opportunity to ditch McAfee in favor of a less resource-intensive antivirus such as the MS Security Essentials, but you can download McAfee from the MyDellDownloads site if you really want to keep it.

If you create an account at the McAfee site before you install a different version of Windows, you should be able to go back to their site to download / install it again into the new version of Windows for the balance of your license, if you still want McAfee.
But before you do all that, give Classic Shell (free) or Start8 ($5) a try. They make Win 8 look and behave just like Windows 7.
If you still decide to downgrade Windows, I suggest you make an image of the hard drive on external media first so you can easily revert to Windows 8 if you change your mind.
And remember you have to purchase a license to run a different version of Windows on this PC. Your system was only licensed to run Win 8, and it's not legal to install another version unless you have a valid license (product key).

Contact McAFee they should have your licensed info if you registered/
