Fortinet VPN passwords leaked

Hackers leaked ~500,000 Fortinet VPN login names, passwords, IP addresses, allegedly scraped from exploitable devices last summer. Approximately 3000 of the leaked IP addresses are used by devices in USA.

The exploited Fortinet vulnerability has since been patched, but many of the leaked VPN credentials are still valid. Having the VPN credentials could allow hackers to access a network to perform data exfiltration, install malware, and perform ransomware attacks.

If you use Fortinet VPN, change your password(s) ASAP and make sure you have the latest version of their software...
