Credit card breach

Hackers compromised the point-of-sale (POS) systems at 156 of 469 restaurants in the nationwide Dickey’s Barbecue Pit chain between July 2019 - August 2020.

Most of the affected restaurants are in California and Arizona, so residents of these states should be cautious and contact their bank about the potential for fraud risk.

~3 million credit cards are involved and the info is being sold on the dark web.
