Can’t install McAfee

Hi 

I have an installer pack for McAfee and it won’t run on my Dell Pc. I double click and nothing happens. I have checked the install file isn’t corrupted but it works on other PCs.

Defender is turned off. 
no other AV installed
W7 OS  

Can you help please?
