Can't download service pack 2

For some reason every time i try to download service pack 2 it gets near the end and says "access denied" and makes me hit the ok button and ends the whole download. If any one can help please do.

Call Microsoft and order the CD. It's free and will arrive quickly.

     Or visit your local Circuit City retail store and pick up a SP2 disc in person.  You might want to call first and make sure they have some left.

You can order the free SP2 CD here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/sp2/cdorder/en_us/default.mspx .  It is the easiest way to install SP2.

Where did you get your copy of windows xp?
"access denied" "usually" pops up when the M$ web sites detects something wrong with the serial number of your windows xp .
