The first thing I would try is clearing your browser's local cache to make sure that the browser-side Java client is running the same version as the appliance. Easiest way to do this is just press Ctrl-F5 in the browser window while logged into the FVS console. You will need to log in again, but that should take care of it.
If the message continues to appear, definitely contact Support.
