Performance of Foglight for VM 8.0

Hi

Is it safe to upgrade the Foglight for VM 7.x edition to Version 8.0 ? we have did the upgrade  the old functionality on dashboards was working fine but the new functionality of Change Analyze doesnt respond  well for 2,2K Vms. Any suggestions
