Foglight Report no longer working

Hi,

I created a custom report in Foglight some time ago that shows the longest running sql statements and most frequently run sql statements.  It was recently brought to my attention that this section of the report is no longer returning any data.  The only change that I am aware of is we recently upgraded to version 5.6.5.6.  Is anyone aware of any changes that would cause this, or more importantly where can i obtain this data now. 

I have attached screen shots of what values I am currently using.
