Exchange Cartridge - "There are no Roles available for Quick View."
I just installed the Exchange Cartridge for vFoglight 6.6.1, but when trying to look at the Exchange environment, I just get "There are no Roles available for Quick View." Also, when I start data collection for the exchange agents, data collection starts, but only runs for a few seconds. Is that normal?

Hello,
The agent should stay up collecting data all the time. What version of Exchnage cartridge did you install?
There are number of pre-requsites that need to be in place on the monitored Exchange server in order for our Exchange agent to successfully collect data. I installed the 5.6.2.1 cartridge. I followed the prereq's you provided, rebooted the exchange server I'm troubleshooting, and still data collection fails.
This is what I see in the log, not too descriptive...
2012-06-26 10:29:38.733 VERBOSE [IncomingMessage-4572] com.quest.glue.adapter.service.GlueAgentState - Remote state of agent ExchangeMonitoring/ExchangeAgent/EXC0-[server.mycompany.com] changed from COLLECTING_DATA to DATA_COLLECTION_FAILED.

I would suggest opening a Support case so that we can further investigate the issue over a WebX session,
