Chargeback based on VMs in a Service
Is there a way in the Chargeback module to utilize an existing service to populate VMs for a Host Group? So what I need to do is be able to assign VMs to Host Groups based on services setup on the VM's "Business Unit" custom attribute in vCenter. This way I am utilizing VM metadata that already exists and would allow a more dynamic, hands off approach to this once everything is initially setup. We populate way too many new VMs in a month to keep manually adding them to a Host Group. If this is not possible in v6.7, please say it is in v7.0

I think I found my own answer. I was looking for the services to add VMs to host groups to initially set everything up. Turns out no matter how you set things up, when creating a report you can always select from pre-defined services there!
