XFX Amd HD 5450 can Supports 6 monitors

I bought dell Optiplex 3040.  i3 in this unit can XFX Amd HD 5450 can  Support 6 monitors?

If not what is the possible graphics card can i used to allow me to view or use 6 monitors ?

And does optiplex 3040 i3 unit can be able to managed 6 monitors if i will buy higher specs of graphic card?

And im using 32bit window 7 professional.
