Vxrail tagging in Vipr SRM

Has anyone had any joy with Vxrail tagging in Vipr SRM? I've added the device but when trying to tag I get 2 entries. 1 for the customer name and the other under default. It looks like the the vxrail is split into different parts in SRM but I can't see a way to get all the info under 1 name. any ideas?
