VNX data collection - detailed data not showing up in ViPR SRM

In ViPR SRM 3.7 we have discovered VNX array, but it seems that not all the information is coming in.  The high level data has come in (hardware, serial #, overall capacity), but what is not coming over is the individual lun, storage group, pool information, etc…  wondering if there is something preventing this from coming over. We have confirmed statistics logging is enabled on the VNX Also the customer has run naviseccli commands directly on collector host which brings back lun/disk data There are error messages showing in VNX logs to include: WARNING  -- [2016-01-14 14:53:34 PST] -- HttpRequestGroup::handleResponse(): Unable to connect to host localhost (403). Server returned the following message: Forbidden SEVERE  -- [2016-01-14 14:53:34 PST] -- HttpRequestRetriever::execute(): Unable to retrieve stream on any configured request group! SEVERE  -- [2016-01-14 14:53:34 PST] -- AbstractJobExecutor::executeJobRunner(): Error while executing job VNXBLOCK-PERFORMANCE -> HttpRequestRetriever removing it from the queue
