v3.7.1 upgrade issues

I'll start off by saying that yes, I've opened a case with Support, but it's Friday afternoon and I thought I would throw the question out here as well in case it is a known issue. I've searched ECN and the support documentation and haven't seen any reference to anything that might explain this, but I may have missed something.

We recently upgraded our SRM instance from v3.7 to v3.7.1. There were some issues during that upgrade which I don't have the full details on because I wasn't working the upgrade. We engaged Support and everything was completed (or so I thought). In looking at the version information today it appears that some modules did not get upgraded as expected. The UI appears to be telling me that upgrades are available, but it is also telling me that I can't upgrade because no upgrades are available.

What I mean is that for example the Compliance Frontend module is showing that it is running v3.6 and that v3.6.3 to 3.7 are available. When I try to select the module to apply an update the selection checkbox is grayed out. With some further investigation I discovered that if I drop back to the high level overview for Solution Packs the button in the top right corner to "Upgrade all Components" is greyed out and when I hover the curser over it it tells me that no upgrades are available. But I can clearly see on this screen that Storage Compliance (overall) is at v3.7 instead of v3.7.1.

Has anyone seen this before? Is there an easy fix for this?

So I just got off a WebEx with Support and they assure me that everything is up to date as expected. It's rather confusing since the interface seems to be showing me something else, but maybe I'm just not reading it right. The issue now appears to be that the Support Matrix rules included in v3.7.1 still aren't up to date. I can't match an Enginuity code level from November (among many other things).

I'll keep you posted on this as it proceeds, but I'm open to other feedback as well.
