NAS filesystem growth report is ViPR SRM?
Hello. I'm looking to use ViPR SRM to create a report (that use to be available in Unisphere) to show the growth of a NAS filesystem over the period of 30 to 90 days. On the surface, this would seem to be straight-forward, but all I can find in ViPR SRM is a report for the filesystem utilization for a 24-hour period. Has anyone else tried to create a report like this and if so, how was it done? Thanks for the help. DB.

Hello. Here is the way I look at growth over a 24 hour period. This is assuming you are referring to the auto-extension of the file-system once it reaches its original allocated capacity. You can export to xls for the detailed daily number.

You can change the time period shown for a report via Display settings in the upper right hand corner.

Try this report: All>>Report Library>>EMC VNX>>Details>>File Systems (All Reports)>>Capacity>>FileSystems Used Forecast
(It includes a forecast line as well.) You can use the Display menu per Gary's suggestion to change the time period to the last 30 days (e.g. hourly averages for the last 30 days, etc.). You could also pick a particular 30-day period using the calendar choice. The link above shows all the file systems, but you can drill into a single one and do the same thing.
