configuring alerts

Does anyone know if there is any "how to" documentation, on line training or video series on configuring alerts?  I have been searching high and low and most of the material I've come across is not very helpful.  Thanks in advance.

Mpminde,

    You should check out the EMC Education site.  They are placing a lot of material out there.  Some of the courses are below.  I recently received this information from Jon Linder, an EMC systems engineer.  You can also opt to receive email updates regarding posts to this site.  There are a lot of how tos being posted.  Hope it helps.
