Clearing Alerts in ViPR SRM

Good day,

Question on clearing durable alerts in ViPR SRM, A critical alert showed in our ViPR SRM (link down) about a port when we were doing an activity but even if the port is already up and the alert is already acknowledged, the alert is still active and showing up in our dashboard.

Alert came from one of the default SNMP traps, its already 3 days after the port was down the alert is still there.

Where should i check or how do i proceed with clearing up the alert? already tried to force close it but to no avail
