Brocade SolutionPack discovery option

We are on 3.7 now and generally it is much more stable than 3.6, but we are having issues in the realm of missing switch alerts and duplicate performance/capacity metrics. How can I confirm the discovery option of the SP? I don't see any way to view which option would have been selected when the solution pack was installed over a year ago, and looking at the individual components of the SP don't reveal any info on whether it is set to SMI-S Only or the SNMP+SMI-S zoning only option. We have problems with duplicate switches being reported on presumably due to the fact that they are discovered via SNMP and SMI-S yet even with disabling the SNMP collector and devices, the reports still show current metrics, so, that implies that even though the performance metrics are coming in from SMI-S, SRM cannot determine that the devices in SNMP discovery are the same ones seen over SMI-S, and cannot seem to rectify this. Should the solution pack be uninstalled, or is it a matter of removing all SNMP discovery, or neither? We want alerts from the switches which I understand requires SNMP right?

I do see an instance of SNMP Masks on the front end.
