unfortunately, i do not have access to the device. i received an email from a coworker with the serial number and they asked if i could get the warranty information with the information they provided, but i received the error posted

In most cases when you receive the error you are getting, it is due to you not being registered to your system. When that issue happens, it is best to contact customer care so that they can correct this.
