@DELL-Josh Cr We have the same problem, too. No matter what product, we cannot access any important downloads. e.g. Powerstore, Unity, DP4400, Avamar Server
There are only a few downloads available, but none of the important ones like firmware images, updates, tools.
I have partner-level access and could always see those downloads. Some of our customers have also complained that they cannot see any of their product downloads. It worked last week until about Thursday. Not any more. Apparently Dell internal employees can see them, but not the rest of us.

Had this issue last week but it has resolved itself by now
