You are not authorized to view this Dell EMC product
Hi,
We would like to raise the ticket with support.
"The Storage processor Starts in a Service Mode."
However, we are getting the message "You are not authorized to view this Dell EMC product."
Please advise how to grant permission to view and open the support ticket.

Hi,
Thanks for your question. Where are you getting the error "You are not authorized to view this Dell EMC product." What happened prior to it starting in service mode, were any changes made? Are there any other errors? Usually rebooting the SP will take it out of service mode.
