Who can support us answer the problems this Log for the IO Module in Dell Unity XT480 Firmware OS 5.4

Below is the Log of SAN Dell Unity XT480.
Recently we encountered a situation where both controllers had high CPU load leading to system crash.
When checking the log inside the SAN OS, there were many of these Logs
Can you explain to me whether these Logs affect the performance of the SAN?, is it a bug of the OS 5.4 firmware or not?
Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for your question.

It is checking for the status of the i/o module, did any of the modules go offline? Are there any other errors?

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hi
Thanks for response
Our system has no disconnected modules, but the logs keep alerting like that for a long time, so I want to know if the above alert is a problem? Because there are many times, I see the log records high CPU load as attached image

And if it runs continuously, will it cause high CPU load of the controller?

If you run the top command are any system processes using a lot of cpu?
