Whare can I find documentation for the REST-api between Common Event Enabler and VCAPS?

Hi.

I have successfully installed Common Event Enabler (CEE), and now I want to create my own custom VCAPS-endpoint that will act on the incomming information from the CEE.

Where can I find documentation describing the REST-API for the contact between the CEE and any VCAPS-endpoint?

(I see that the first point of contact is a HTTP PUT request containing " ", but where do I go from there?)
