Urgent license needed for CE upgrade to 5.5.3

The current LIC license file installed on our 2x VSA CE is not letting us update to 5.5.3.

Can someone provide the link or the correct XML licenses files for our instances?

I tried to regenerate them via our account, but those XML files are not valid for the CE.
