@DELL-Josh Cr I have already made 4 calls, spending 20 minutes each giving all the dates,the support cannot bear this product, they ask for the order number,
they have absolutely no idea what is going on and what products they have.

After reading various topics on the forum I tried phoning support today to get a license for community edition. After around 30 mins on the phone I achieved very little, aside from the fact that the support team can't create a license without information about my product - including serial number and site ID etc. I do no have this information - I just have the UUID generated by the UnityVSA.
My conclusion is that is not possible to get a Community Edition license, and it hasn't been possible to since the licensing site issues started. If anyone has been successful in getting a license then please let me know how.
