Unity admin password reset fail
Hi bros. I need your help.
Sorry for my lacking English.
I'm installing new Untiy380XT..
That's version is 5.2.1
After settings(MGMT IP, License apply, admin/service account password setting) in WebBrowser GUI and turn off GUI.
A few later, i connect WebBrowser to MGMT IP and trying login admin account. my password is uncorrect.
I think i have mistake in (admin/service account password settings)process.
So i try "NMI Button password reset procedure"
After press NMI Button 3 seconds, BLUE LED on 2Hz 5 Times. Like Procedure Manual.
But admin account password didn't reset to Password123#
Just service account passoword reset to service.
I'm trying NMI password reset many times for a few days.
But it didn't work at admin account password.
Finally, i try to reinstall(reinit) my Unity380XT
I'm login CLI, IPMI at service account and trying "svc_reinit" command.
But "svc_reinit" command work "In service mode SP"
I'm try "uemcli -u service -p service /service/sp -id spa service" command.
But it didn't work.
Cause my service account password is default password.
Error output is change service account password.
Then, I change my service account password at "svc_service_account" command.
And retry "uemcli -u service -p Password123! /service/sp -id spa service"
But it didn't work too.
Error output is change admin password.
But i can't change admin account passoword...
NMI button reset didn't work.
Therefore, I'm trying to using my Unity380XT.
Make 5.2.1 or 5.3.0 OE gpg to booting USB or booting CD .
And USB Port in SP. Reinstall New code OE..?
If NMI Button reset didn't work, Other way to Recover or Reset admin account password?
